Return & Refund Policy

Hassle-Free Returns & Cancellations

At Red Rock Goods, your satisfaction comes first. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind, which is why we maintain a clear and simple policy.

Order Cancellation

Did you accidentally order the wrong item? Because we process orders as quickly as possible in our store, cancellations are only possible within 1 hour after placing your order.

Please contact us within this hour at support@redrock-goods.com.

After this period, the process is already too far along. However, you may still return the order after receiving it.


Return Period

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items.

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • With the original tags and packaging

The Return Process

1. Register your return

Contact our customer service at support@redrock-goods.com to register your return.

2. Return form

You will receive a return form by email. Print it and fill it out completely.

3. Packaging

Pack the items securely (preferably in the original packaging).
Include the packing slip and the completed return form.

4. Shipping

Send the package to the China return address listed on the return form.


Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Our mistake

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Other reasons

If you are exchanging for another size or simply changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Red Rock Goods does not charge any additional administrative fees for returns.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the full purchase amount to the original payment method within 7 days.


Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for items that have been:

  • Worn
  • Washed
  • Altered
  • Returned without the original tags attached
